Product Description
UltraCoat is a Waterborne Intumescent Coating designed to protect all types of concrete wall, wooden surfaces , steel structure and partition from fire. It is high performance & durability fireproofing coatings for exterior and also interior to reduce the risk of fire with fire protection up to 2 hours. It is free from harmful chemicals and environmental friendly usage and no hazardous gases released on fire.

Application

• Surface Preparation: All surface must be clean and free from dust, oil and all forms of contamination.
• Application Method: Can be applied by roller, brush and airless spray. 
• 1st Layer: UltraCoat
• 2nd Layer: UltraCoat
• 3rd Layer: UltraCoat (Thicker film provide better fire protection)
• Recommendation application thickness 300 micron per layer
• Usage Rates: Approximately 0.5 kg/sqm/layer

• For all types of concrete wall, wooden surfaces, steel structure, ceiling and partition.
  
• Widely used for wooden structure and door structure.
