Product Description
HydroFiber is a single component high performance water-based membrane system waterproofing coating and based on co-polymer with integral micro-fiber reinforcement. It is specially formulated to provide enhanced tensile strength of the coatings to forms a flexible, tough and durable heavy duty waterproofing  membrane protective layer. ​Its membrane system is designed suitable for use in repair or maintenance works and renovation projects for waterproofing purpose. HydroFiber also suitable for use in hot and tropical climates. 

Application

• Surface Preparation: All surface must be clean and free from dust, oil and all forms of contamination.
• Application Method: Can be applied by roller, brush and airless spray.
• Primer: Nexpon Primer
• 1st Layer: HydroFiber
• 2nd Layer: HydroFiber (For better performance)
• Usage Rates: Approximately 0.5 kg/sqm/layer

Uses

• All types of substrate or surface, concrete block,  asphaltic and other proper clean surface.
• RC flat roof and floor slabs
• Metal or zinc roofs
• Terraces, balconies and services yards.
• Based on requirement, it can used with a separate fiber reinforcement fabric for additional strength and toughness.
