Product Description
SolarCoat is a waterborne Insulation Coating designed for concrete wall, metal and wood, especially for roofing and exterior walls for heat insulation and waterproofing purpose. With it excellent insulation properties which able to reduces heat gain in buildings and hence effectively reduces a building's air conditional usage and cost saving efficiency. Generally, with it excellent functional feature is able to make our city for the better change with Green and Eco-environmental.
Application
  • Surface Preparation: All surface must be clean and free from dust, oil and all forms of contamination.
  • Application Method: Can be applied by roller, brush and airless spray.
  • Primer: Nexpon Primer
  • 1st Layer: SolarCoat
  • 2nd Layer: SolarCoat (For better performance)
  • Minimum recoat interval is about 4 hours
  • Usage Rates: Approximately 0.3 kg/sqm/layer
Uses
  • Best for almost all surface including concrete block, GRC, wood and metal.
  • Widely used for all kinds of exterior Roofing, wall and building structure which require heat insulation purpose.
  • Cured membrane of SolarCoat is able to support pedestrian traffic and light traffic.
